Nigerian states today are ruled by "queen mothers" like Turai ruled during Yaradua era. Who is the best governor's wife to you based on this criteria: supportive to husband, scandal free, beautiful, IMPLEMENTING pet project(if any),relationship wit the citizens. To me is Kemi Mimiko.
