Emma Ajayi: [/color][color=#990000]Christmas season is here again. As we all know, it is a period of great joy, celebration and merriment. It is the one time in the year when most people travel home for one event or the other.

Individuals, families, organizations and communities also take advantage of this exciting period to organize numerous events like traditional marriages, church weddings / harvests, funerals, grand receptions, coronation ceremonies, house warming / home coming parties and several other festivals. These events present a great opportunity for several FMCGs outfits to show case their brands and grow their volumes.

In view of this, Guinness Nigeria has just set up a Party Service Scheme that will leverage the opportunities presented by parties and special events to drive visibility, sales and consumption of our brands. In this regard, we are partnering with 30 distributors strategically located nationally (see attached list) who have set up party service teams in their organizations. These teams will do the following:

1. Deliver drinks to party owners at company recommended prices.
2. Offer chilling and serving options to party owners at an agreed fee.
3. Pick empties from party venues and reconcile (where the chilling and serving options are provided)
4. Render free advisory services on logistics, venues, chilling, music etc around the party location.
