i activated it and they told me i have 260 mb.when i checked my balance via texting 2 to 131.they told me i have used 0.80 mb out of my ''100mb''.that my plan wil be expired when my ''100 mb'' is expired.pls nairalanders,have i been scammed?how can i be sure i have 260 mb really,instead of 100mb.if u have been in dis situation?pls tell me if u are really given 260 mb,and how can i confirm it.

Then maybe it has vanished or they did not give it to you.

I am on the 250mb monthly and I have alway been given although I noticed that the bonus mb disappears very quickly.

Guess you already used it, next time, after activation, just dial *559# to see the bonus.

I'm currently using this plan, the 100mb finished first before they started deducting from the 160mb bonus(last time It was vise versa). Although I had to send reset to 131 this time around before I could use the bonus. If u cant find anything after dialing *559# then u must av used the bonus BTW when did u start using it.

PS:U can also try reseting,I called their useless customer care reps like 4times when I couldnt browse with the bonus, none of them had any useful idea.

@damon,thanks a lot.i tind they r deducting from d boonus first,cos i hav downloaded songs of abt 12mb and d bal stil reads that i have used 0.86 out of my 100 mb.mayb afterwards wen d bonus is finished,b4 d 100mb propr wil start.well;all d networks are similar wen it comes to their incompetence.
