a,b,c,e,f are the answers.i have noticed that out of ten places i go e.g supermarket, church, ceremony, banks etc i must see babies pregnant with a baby (teen pregnancy),there are also aggressive illiterates and semi illiterates every where.if you are on the que in the bank or atm stands, you must see someone whining about how terrible nigeria is,insulting a young girl that passes by in short skirts, you go to the market and okadas are just zooming left and right and are ready to hit u if you dont give way for them, nigerians are getting so uncivil and are ready to curse at the slightest opportunity. Also if u go to the market and you are pricing food stuffs and you end up not buying it or buying it else where, trust me you will get cursed by the market women, they will also curse your parents sef. i can go on and on but let me stop here for now

Meanwhile, A 32-year-old man, Atowoatomo Tajudeen was on Friday arraigned before an Osogbo Chief Magistrates' Court charged with attempt to defile his 12-year-old daughter.

According to the police prosecutor, Elisha Olusegun, the accused did attempt to commit felony to wit: defilement.

Olusegun alleged that Tajudeen on 16 September, 2012 at about 1:00 a.m. at Eesa compound, at Ikirun in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Osun attempted to have carnal knowledge of his 12-year-old girl.

He told the court that ``the accused knew fully well that he is the biological father of the girl''.

He said further that the offence was contrary to and punishable under section 218 of the Criminal Code Cap 34 Vol. 11 Laws of Osun 2003.

The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the one-count charge.

His counsel, Mrs Nnena Ugwu, requested for his bail on the grounds that the alleged offence was bailable.

She also told the court that the accused was presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.

Ngwu further urged the court to grant her client bail on most liberal terms, and assured the court that the accused would not jump bail.

The Chief Magistrate, Mr Adewumi Makanjuola, granted the accused bail in the sum of N500,000 and two sureties in like sum.

Makanjuola also said that the sureties should swear to affidavit of means and attach two clear passport photographs.

He, therefore, ordered the transfer of the case to Ikirun Magistrates' Court, ``to be mentioned there on September 25.

A 54-year old generator repairer has been sent to jail for allegedly sleeping with his 16-year old daughter and impregnating her in Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.

The man, Mr. Tajudeen Sanni, who hails from Oyo State was charged to the Family Court, Kakawa, Lagos, for impregnating his daughter and subsequently sent to Ikoyi Prison as he could not perfect his bail condition on time.
The 16-year old girl (name withheld) is now in custody of the Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation for adequate care.

The victim had accused her father of sleeping with her several times, resulting in her being pregnant.
Sanni was first detained at the Lagos State Taskforce on Environmental and Special Offences (Enforcement) Unit where he allegedly confessed that he slept with his daughter four times but denied the pregnancy.

He stated that his daughter was already deflowered before he slept with her, saying that she could have gotten pregnant by other people who slept with her.
At the Family Court, presided over by Magistrate E.B. Dawodu, the accused was slammed with a two-count charge of having indecent carnal knowledge of his daughter and for sexually assaulting her.

Sanni pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.
