Few days ago,the Nigerian police force placed a ban prohibiting the populace from using fireworks(bangers)during this yuletide period.It seems my area is not part of Nigeria as the people are currently banging everywhere with bangers,probably ur area is complying wit d directive,do we av law enforcement agency in Nig?Am reporting 4rm ondo west LGA |

If I were an armed robber in Nigeria, the best possible time to conduct operations would be during the Xmas/New Year period when there are firework explosions everywhere, thrown about in open defiance of standing police warnings stressing the illegality of all explosives posession by civilians. |
