Dear Nairalanders,

I really need to understand this!
Is it a must for one to experience failure before success?
A man called Elem said Young entrepreneurs must experience failure before success

My question now is: Is it a must to experience failure before success?
What about if someone believe in God and have the confidence that failure is not his/her porture in his/her business for whatever reason?

What do you think about this?

Life's full of ups and downs. It's never straight as such. You get to experience what happens/plays out as you go on focussed on your target. So is business, etc. It's not necessarily compulsory to experience failure but almost impossible not to either. Mind you failure could mean hiccups, unforseen problems, challenges, etc
