Our client, leaders in their chosen fields with international pedigree and proven track record in delivering quality service to her customers is on a quest to extend her current reach nationwide and has engaged the services of Workforce Management Centre to recruit and manage staff for the following

Positions
1. Graduate Trainee

Educational Requirements
A degree holder in science, medicine, health science and other related field from a well known Institution of higher learning.
Age must not be more than 35 years.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintaining contact with new and existing customers and deliver a detailed account strategy.
• Responding to inquiries from new and existing customers.
• Delivering presentations of the company international conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.
• Meeting annual goals and target.
• Attending user group meetings and trade exhibition.
• Producing monthly reports.
• Testing very new ideas and services releases to support product development team.
• Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.
• Ensuring effective internal communication within the Customer Support department across the company.
• Motivating all staff to share relevant data to aid in the progress of the organization.
• Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down of events.
• Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.

Skills and Specifications
• Good communication, writing and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
• Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
• Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.

• Should be able to handle varied tasks.

• Willing to travel on frequent basis in and outside the Nigeria.

2. Marketing manager
Educational requirement
A Master holder in Economics, Accounting and other related field from a well known Institution of higher learning.
Age must not be more than 45 years.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting office staff in maintaining files and database.
Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed.
• Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers, companies and multinational organizations proactively.
• Delivering presentations of the company international conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.
• Meeting annual goals and targets.
• Installing and demonstrating software at client sites.
• Attending user group meetings and trade exhibitions.
• Maintaining the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.
• Delivering platform presentations, publications, posters at conferences.
• Producing monthly reports.
• Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.
• Ensuring effective internal communication within the Customer Support department across the company.
• Assisting to identify the opportunities for upcoming services, and for development and enhancement of existing products.
• Motivating all staff to share relevant data to aid in the progress of the organization.
• Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down of events.
• Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers, companies and multinational organizations proactively.
• Keeping record and reports of all transactions between potential clients.
• Preparation of reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.

Skills and Specifications
• Must be a computer literate.
• Must have good command of English.
• Must be good manner of dressing.
• Must be willing to work with little or no supervision.
• No experiences requires because adequate training will be given to successful applicants.

4. Office Assistant

Educational Requirement
OND or NCE in any field.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Effective diary management to ensure an effective time management of the MD.
• Planning and organizing meetings and conferences.
• Take minutes during meetings and represent the MD at meetings and functions etc.
• Relate with clients, business partners and visitors for the appropriate business purpose.
• Review invoices and other finance related data for consistency and accuracy.

Skills and Specifications
• Must be a computer literate.
• Must have good command of English.
• Must be good manner of dressing.
