web development and my questions are:
self learning or must it be taught by a tutor?
duration to know the basics if 12 hours dedicated daily
best online site for materials
your advice join?
thanks

Before I answer you question have bear this is mind
Web development is broken into two:

1. Frontend development (client side)
2. Backend development (sever side)

Frontend End Languages
The main ones are:
HTML5
CSS
Javascript

Others include:
jQuery
Angular
Node
MongoDB
Gulp
SCSS/LESS

Backend Languages:
PHP
mySQL
Python
Ruby
C#

Now to answer your question:

web development and my questions are:
self learning or must it be taught by a tutor?
Both are good. But I recommend you learn from professionals and try to gain commercial experience so that you are aware of the best coding practices and can keep up with the latest technology.

duration to know the basics if 12 hours dedicated daily
This depends on what you want to do. Either Frontend or Backend.

HTML & CSS are fairly easy to grasp within a month, so to speak.

Programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, C# take more time to understand due to its complexity. In can take a lifetime to fully understand. Be prepared to learn new things everyday.

best online site for materials
https://www.codecademy.com/
http://www.w3schools.com/
Check out the website of the languages you want to learn. Look for the documentations.
Watch youtube videos.

Pick a programming language and master it. Be a specialist in one language. You dont need to learn everything.

contact cybershadow1616@gmail.com if you require any kind of information, be it social media or mail accounts. I was able to monitor my girlfriend's Facebook account and most of her movements through his help. Now, i don't worry about her cheating.

array is just like a matchbox, you can add as many match sticks to the box as you like provided you make the box container big enough to contain them. Thats the same way with arrays e.g

int[ ] list = {1, 2, 3, 12};

the symbol [ ] is the matchbox container, with name list, for the match sticks 1, 2, 3 and 12.

This is also similar to Python, could be solved easily with python tho.

# Create a list to hold the grocery items.
Grocery_list = []
finished = False while not finished:
item = input('Enter an item for your grocery list. Press <ENTER> when done: ')
if len(item) == 0:
finished = True else:
grocery_list.append(item)
print('Item added.')
# Display the grocery list.
Print()
print('Your Grocery List:')
print('-' * 18)
for item in grocery_list:
print(item)

Yeah, just a simple knowledge of arrays, methods, functions and dictionaries or lists in python can do this.

My broder you can continue to learn it and make sure you learn it very well and use it to build tons of useful softwares bfor goin to another language. Good luck

dont be an i.diot! Stop discouraging some trying to learn to improve himself......

Face your java and leave him alone to learn C++

guy, dont mind that f00l trying to discourage you from learning C++

yes, C++ is hard (no kidding) but i believe its easier to learn C++, then switch to other languages than the other way round. Believe you me, you may start with java or C#, but you'll struggle very hard switching back to C++. But switching from C++ to java or C# is just a breeze........
