Jonathan: Boko Haram Bombers Arrested. by Fatdon(m): 10:19pm On Jan 01, 2013
Many of the perpetrators of
terrorist acts across the country are
now in lawful custody as a result of
the diligence and steadfastness of
law enforcement agents and security
operatives across the country. President Goodluck Jonathan made
this revelation Tuesday at a New Year
service held at the Saint Anglican
Church in Abuja. According to him, adherents of the
dreaded Boko Haram Islamic sect who
attacked the Police headquarters in
Abuja, the United Nations building and
the Saint Theresa’s Church in Madalla
have been apprehended.

Re: Jonathan: Boko Haram Bombers Arrested. by taharqa: 11:22pm On Jan 01, 2013
The President has said that those who were involved in the bombing of churches in Niger state and public institutions including the United Nations building and the Police headquarters have all been arrested.

President Goodluck Jonathan was at the New Year service held at the All Saints Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion; zone 5 Wuse in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.

He described the Boko Haram terror attacks, kidnapping in the south east and armed robbery as momentary challenges saying the public may not be aware of what security operatives are doing because it is not all security issues that are made open to the public promising that his administration will overcome the issue of terrorism in the country.

On unemployment, the president said he will not only create jobs but will create opportunities that will encourage more Nigerian youths to get into entrepreneurship that will turn them into employers of labour rather than the penchant to make quick money.

In his sermon, the Primate of the Anglican church of Nigeria; Most Reverend Nicholas Okoh called on Nigerians to circumcise their hearts in order to make way for a progressive Nigeria in 2013.

And for the benefit of the illiterates here, the President DO NOT HAVE ANY POWERS TO INTERFERE WITH THE PROCEEDING OF A SUSPECT ALREADY BROUGHT TO COURT, and I mean no powers whatsoever; the pace of the judgement, pending the work of the prosecutors, is entirely up to the court system.

Plus, all over the world the prosecution of terrorist suspects take a significant amount of time, not just cos they are criminal cases that demands 'proof beyond ALL reasonable doubts' but cos the Intelligence community usually stall the arraignment of such suspects cos of their high value 'on-going' intelligence importance. The main Sept 11 suspects are still in Guatanamo Bay for a reason.
