Presentations will be made at the programme by Arc. Terver Gemade, Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority and Gimba Yaú Kumo, Managing Director, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.Ms. Ama Pepple, the Honourable Minister of Lands, Housing & Urban Development will be special guest of honour at the Closing Dinner.

Receiving lectures on the bolded part ain't bad but I think they're not really useful/applicable to Nigerian buildings/designs.
Factors to be considered in designing, type of materials to be used, climate, available materials etc, makes the difference.
All these foreign deign construction team will only deliver what's applicable to countries they're from and not about what's on ground here.
