Its a pity that till now Nigerian Government still don't know the role of the youths in the country,how can PTDF bring up a program worth of millions of naira and just be interested in how much that goes into their pocket instead of concentrating on capacity building which is supposed to be the main focus.Not even to award the certificates of those that have passed through the program or to attach them somewhere, this is very bad, how long are we going to continue to look at some thieves,come out all in the name of leadership.i just want to use this medium to inform all the new intakes for the 'ptdf' welding certification program please don't waste your time look for something better to do
