Why Do People Commit Suicide?

I think the thought of committing suicide crosses one's mind when every single thing about his life seems hopeless and frustrating...

But it's a foolish thing to do,since your mere living is a pointer to the fact that there is hope.

So many reasons.
1.FRUSTRATION Some commit suicide out of frustration e.g Poverty,diseases. The feeling getting closer to your goals but constantly failing to reach them. Life hasn't be fair evn one bit for them. They feel they 've worked hard, they 've prayed. Why would their trouble nvr cease, why can't they be as happy as everybody else? why would prayer and hardwork be crowned with faliure?. They have a lot of problems, every solution they 've taken from others nvr solve their problems permanently or evn worsened their plight. To them the night isn't darkest before the dawn atleast not for them, they don't want to believe they 'll ever meet the dawn.
2. GUILT and SHAME This happens when they 've done something regretable or cant meet up with what is demanded of them. The feeling of being a disgrace,feeling of being responsible for another person 's hell. They feel they 've got their hand so dirty that there is no hope for redemption or second chance. Everyone is disappointed in them, blunder or no blunder no one would ever judge them as innocent. They can't live with the shame or guilt as these memories won't fade, but continue to haunt them.

FEAR AND PRESSURE
People could commit suicide out of fear imminent danger. Especially when convinced they is no escape, it could be tempting to grant oneself a quick,easy death rather than fighting a losing battle that may only yield a slow torturous death.
People could commit suicide rather than do something against their wish e.g A lady commiting suicide cos her family is forcing her into marriage.

State of hopelessness. . .and despair!

Cowards that's what. They feel they can't handle what life is throwing and so they pick what seems like the fastest options out of their problems

"Inability to cope" is the most common cause. A relationship with God is the best coping mechanism.

They aren't all cowards.

It also takes a lot of courage to face the problems and try to tackle them or face the consequences of your actions

2. Hopelessness.
3. Frustration.
4. Self guilt.
5. Self condemnation.
And so many more....
But...hey, its not a good idea to think or talk about it.
