What kind of problem?

Long story o...Paid 6.5k to an agent here in PH and was given a form to fill. Some days later, he gave me my e-practice card and said that the server is down, they're having problems registering. On Friday, he had to send someone to UNILAG to pay through e-tranzact there cos it seems UNILAG restricted the registration to Lagos state. Didn't hear from him yesterday so my dad sent somebody to a bank in UNILAG. The person paid 7k for God-knows-what...I'm still waiting for instructions...
