People of God good evening.....I have a slight problem o. I had problems checking my jamb result with it saying biometric verfication failed. When it will be released, I had to get a card due to exhaustion of no of checkings. Now I've heard that jamb are remarking scripts. And I've also exhausted my card. I don't want to BUY another card. Any solution in sight ?

The first term of the AP plus that of the GP= 3 and remember the both has the same first term so....
AP: a=3/2
GP:a=3/2
AP:2nd term = a+d and the 3rd term = a+2d
GP:2nd term= ar and 3rd term = ar^2.
if the sum of their 2nd term is = 3/2 then...... a + d +(ar) = 3/2
since we know the value of (a) then sub a = 3/2.
3/2+d+(3r/2)=3/2, multiply trough by 2: 3+2d+3r=3, collect like terms
2d+3r=0...(1) also if the sum of their 3rd term is = 6, then a+2d+ar^2=6, then 3/2+2d+3r^2/2=6 this gives 3+4d+3r^2=12
4d+3r^2=9.....(2)
now we have
