I tried using celtel mms to connect wit a laptop but it didnt work why?

catchsun, if its for activatn its not compulsory for the sim to be in a handset. . . . .bt if u really need the settings, ur sim must be in the handset

Buy a new celtel's simpack; send configuration settings to the number before inserting it in a phone. Celtel's 0708 range numbers are sold 100 naira only.

so after sending the configuration settings to the sim pack,will it be automatically be activated or that link will still have to be visited.

the configuration i know is through support settings of nokia.ANYWAY ELSE?Kindly let me know.
