The Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) has reacted to comments credited to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, who told members of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Lagos chapter, when they paid a courtesy call on him in Abeokuta, to find new strategies of winning the governorship of Lagos State from the ACN.

The National publicity Secretary of the ACN, Lai Mohammed, in an interview said Mr Obasanjo was merely having a good time when he was speaking about the PDP sending the ACN packing from Alausa house in Ikeja.

“Ten of them, ten ‘Obasanjos’ cannot take over Lagos from ACN,” he said.

hmmm, I see!!! The way he claimed ogun state for pdp in the last electn, and the way his daughter iyabo and all his pdp member, dimeji bankole, gbenga daniel were re-elected even in the state and local gvt where he came frm, talkles of reclaiming Lagos where people thnk less of him.

But sha oo, ACN must be very careful. Fashola is gradually losing it o! Many Lagosians are fed-up with this 2nd coming.

If care is not taken, ACN would become history inLagos. It is not Lai Mohammed that determines voting, it is already angered/Disgruntled Lagosians.

Obasanjo is a political figure (head). Not a political force.

PDP can capture lagos state,with the way fashola is presently handly that state,if only PDP can re-strategise.

D Party should focus on Build Manpower for their 2015 election and forget about what Obj said....He is just building D Political Morale of His Party Members

Weda na PDP or ACN or NRC or SDP. all i know is that all of dem na thieves, criminals, murderers, they are not after their salary but the money wey dem go thief, embezzle, etc, lets make a law say, any governor,senate, house of rep etc go earn 1M per month and any of dem wey dem catch stealling, embezlling etc will be sentenced to death.
