A colleague fell in love without a lady frm isoko in delta state and after three kid without paying the bride price of the lady, the lady died and her corpse is in the mortuary.The lady's family is threatening fire and brimstone.They are saying marriage must be done before burial.Is this a cultural thing. pls advise. |

yes, it is a cultural thing and its justified. He has to pay her bride prize post mortem, do the full traditional marriage rites before the funeral takes place. Igbos do it too. 8( |
