I was reading through a few articles over the past few weeks and noticed how OBJ's credibility has been questioned by certain characters in the PDP including the sitting president. OBJ once had a commanding tone which sent everyone shivering.. I used to compare him to Vladimir Putin of Russia, but to my greatest suprise I wondered what had happened to his authority and how come he was undermined. I keep wondering whether OBJ might still have any influence by 2015, its looking less than likely according to the trends.. I think OBJ is a great leader in terms of handling issues, but at thesame time I guess he brought himself too low, especially from the moment he got himself involved with the naija music scene taking shots at Idris Abdulkareem back in 2003 after he released the jaga jaga track. Any smart and intelligent president can deal with Obj,but not Mr.Retardeen. Obj didn't clip the wings of his "benefactor" IBB while he was the president by making noise and challenging him in public. But nevertheless,we de watch oooo! |
