For tranquility, I would suggest the South...its quite safe for coprers.

For transportation and accomodation, the North is ok. Truth is with a thousand naira, you can move across almost every LGA in the state...and also their houses are quite affordable. Same cannot be said in the South.

So its up to you to make your choice.

Not quite sure on the transport ish, some states in the north are 30 times larger than lagos in size, so T-fare aint that cheap across the states, except within the LGA
In katsina, Funtua to Bindawa is like 1h30min, the fare is N1500
In Yobe, Potiskum to Damaturu is lake N2500. Transport is not that cheap, and in the likes of recent happening in the north, I don't expect anyone to anticipate serving up north..

Anyways the South is still the best place for any corper...so much instability in the North, wouldn't advise any prospective otondo to consider it as an option .

My friend posted to kano said somtin wen I was beggin him to redeploy, he said my guy "U NEED TO LOOK BEYOND THE BOMBING" wen making a choice of where to serve u guys really nid to b carefull, dat state u ar picking, what do u knw abt it? Where do u knw in d state? If u had a chance to influence ur PPA in camp where will u choose? D issue of cost of livin, transportation,amount of state govt allowance is nt enuf to make u pick a particular state. If I had d chance of turning back d hands of time, I won't pick ogun state, I will go back home(delta state)where I knw every coner, I knw d in and out, my PPA would hav been awesome cos I knw where to go, I knw wat is invlove livin in d state, not in ogun state where I had d chance to influence my PPA, but I couldn't cos I knw notin abt d state. A solemn greetings to my fellow prospective Batch 'B' otondos( corpers in embryo). In my mother's tongue they'll say.. Eku ijo meta oooo!!!!

It's bin a very busy and tedious week at work and like one rightly said, I'm beginning to feel d pressure of working in d bank aidy. It's becoming more interesting and tasking each day! An experience I can't deny to be enjoying at d moment. It's even more interesting wen u av a good working relationship wit ur boss. They r simply awesome.

The exposure and experience is yet another important thing to talk abt. Between monday and today alone, I can boast of 9K in my usually dry wallet (excluding transport costs n lunches) courtesy of rich and opulent businessmen/women who can't stand d seemingly annoying queue in d banking hall. This wouldn't stop my stipend income frm entering my account at d end of d month.

Moreso, there are this creamy babes who have nothing to offer bt get unnecessarily friendly wit u during transactions. I have loads of dem bt I need to be wise otherwise, there will b nothing to show for d stress at d end of d day. U go jes dey collect salary give dem!! I dey always smile wit dem not knwing say meself dey follow dem calculate!! Emi Omo Osu!!!
