VACANCY FOR A PROGRAM COORDINATOR
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Coordinator will be the Lead of a highly efficient and motivated team. This position will be involved in new program development and quality control, coordination of capacity building initiatives, strategic workshops, resource developments, program planning, consulting services and management.
JOB DUTIES
 Research and advice on learning concept
 Developing program plans and budgets
 Drive program implementation process
 Study the external environment, competition and provide regular feedback to strengthen and improve quality
 Conduct market research and needs assessment of clients and potential clients
 Evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods
 Prepare project report reviews and present to management on a monthly basis

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Minimum of BSc. A BSc. in Business Management and its related fields will be an added advantage.
 Minimum of 18 months relevant experience
 Excellent communication skills(verbal & written)
 Good organizational & time management skills
 Good training and coaching skills
 Strong research & writing skills
 Good leadership and inter-personal skills
 Good computer skills
