1- Security Operations Officer:

Responsibility: Assist in achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; assisting in preparing and completing action plans. Contribute to the implementation of operational, quality, and customer-service standards by ensuring that daily reports from the security team members are properly documented and followed up with the security manager. Ensure information security and confidentiality at all times.

Skills: Minimum of 3 years in Business Management/ Operations role, familiar with service-based office environment. 2. 2- Fleet Supervisor:

Responsibility: Keep detailed information on all vehicles including; upload registration information, update vehicle status, update insurance information, delete termed vehicles and add acquired vehicles, as required. Troubleshoot daily questions and concerns from the field, relating to vehicles. Administer insurance, vehicle registration and driver identification programs. Audit and payment of all fleet invoices in conjunction with accounts officer. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information. Supervise the processes of routine and ad-hoc vehicle maintenance. vehicle particulars renewal. Assist with the purchase of vehicle spare parts. Supervise the process of handling insurance claims ensuring the VFR, police report, pictures of the damaged vehicle, repair estimate and the driver report are made available. Ensure that all fleet and support personnel adhere to safe working practices.

Skills: Must have a level of competence relating to vehicle safety and legality either gained through experience or qualification. 3- Technical Sales Representative:

Responsibility: He/she supervises and/or handles all the process related to the support of customers, mainly product installation, technical support requests/queries; remote and local attendance; software actualization, including the order and control of GSM cards. Provides product technical information to the customers. capable of planning and implementing solutions that include several company products and technologies. He/she coordinates Back-Office area processes, product preparation; administration of mishaps; quality control; stock, customers' dossiers. Ensures that there is a good relationship between the company and the customer.

Skills: Knowledge of systems for administration of services preferably in the area of IT; knowledge in the area of technology equipment. High level of self motivation. Motivation skills.
