na so the thing dey go o! I don't think the new list[the one released today] is the 2nd list sha,i think its for mostly BIOCHEM aspirants,God,connection and a few others that were few marks short of cut off.. Cos someone got 219 and 263 in jamb and pume and still got Medicine.

I disagree,i have some friends that didn't meet upto their 1st choice cut off and still got admitted today,and about the acceptance fee thing you said,its refutable cause last year,all the lists were made available on jamb site before the payment of any fee.. third list ---- supplementary list based on admission request (usually vc list)

fourth list. ----- shortfall usually released few day to matric

pattern changes dz yr. You said '2nd list=> pd list', doz d pd peepz names cum out in d newly releasd list? NO. That's a change in system.
