Most conviction in 9ja have always bin 'K-legged'.From Plea bargain in Ibru's case to whatever it was in Bode George's case,most of us av always been of the opinion that those convictions are not good enuff considering the charges against these people....what can you say is it with our judiciary system? What would av apnd assuming James Ibori and Henry Okah were both tried in Nigeria? |
