Does anyone know how to open the upper part of a water dispenser for proper cleaning? I paid someone to do it last year and he taught me how to open it and I remember feeling foolish for paying him to do it in the first place. I vowed to do it myself next time and now I can't remember how the guy opened the darn thing..Please any pointersThanks in advance.

Thanks guyz for replying. However I still need to open d upperpart so I can actually clean inside properly. Don't wanna use bleach coz my kids drink from it and am always scared to work with bleach.

Use a flat object to ope the lid. There are three markings around it. place your knife there and pull.
