Just as describd earlier, it s a 4 stage thing, d grp discussion, d personal presentation where u read d booklet given to u n make a case for one scenario out of two u ll b presented with, d paper based test is nt a gmat format thing, u ll just pick a slip of paper n discus d topic u find in it for 2mins. D one on one is based on ur past xperience, chalenge n aw u overcame dm, actions u took etc, general competency que. Basically dats it. But guyz most importantly let ur confidence level be at 100percent. All d best.

Did the assessors interview you in a competency based manner? As in past experiences and how you handled them or they wanted to know how much you researched/know about nestle as a company? Thanks Earl...

Basically, the Assessment Centre (AC) was ok. I did mine today @ Neca house in Lagos. We were 24 Ãήϑ were divided into 4 groups. We were given a case study from Havard Business School †☺ read Ãήϑ analyse Ãήϑ discuss among ourselves. Then, we were given another case study †☺ read Ãήϑ make a presentation on a white board. They're basically business questions Ãήϑ the materials are copyright protected, S̶̲̥̅Ơ̴̴̴̴̴̴͡ I can't be disclosing d contents here. Later, we made a 2mins personal impromptu presentation on a current nigerian issue, then finally the one on one interview. Tea break Ãήϑ lunch was also included. I put in for QA, Ãήϑ nufin on it was asked. It was basically †☺ test Ūя̲̅ general knowledge n business sense. News is dat some people had been sent regret mail but given other option of becoming a field sales representatives, but av not heard anyone with a Graduate trainee success mail. If there is, please kindly let us know.

i learnt someone got a mail frm them yesterday,but my informer couldn't get d details.

I just confirmed from one of the guys in my group and he told me he got a msg that he wasn't successful but he did well enough to qualify as a sales rep. So maybe we that are yet to the mail shd be expecting congratulatory mails.

I got the info d@ some people already got feedback messages from Nestle.The first category were not successful & couldnt continue with the recruitment process,the 2nd category didnt meet d cut-off mark but were given the option of field sales rep,the 3rd category were sent a Predictive Index Survey(Questionaire) 4rm Raymond Naon Nestle HR personnel,majority are yet 2 hear 4rm d firm though.

Am just seeing dat some people have gotten message that they can't continue with the recruitment process. Na wao. It is well with the rest of us o.

I only got the info about two guys that got the questionnaire(one chose marketing the other finance) i'm not saying Nestle is done with selecting those d@ chose those two departments @ d same time not giving those that chose other departments hope.Wht actually led to this delay i cant say,let's be optimistic though or assume the worst.
