Recruiting is a way of obtaining form from a recruiting firm and they have access to a certain percentage of your first salary.

After paying for a form you are to be given a recomendation letter to a company for interview.

It now depend on the company to grant you the job and discuss about your salary.

A recruiting firm should be ready to always alert u even when you have resume work for a new brief.

Outsourcing don't pick form, its only call your attention to available jobs, they will interview you and tell you ur salary before sending you to a company.

They must have bagain with the company that on each applicant salary there shall be deduction of sum certain amount every month.

Just to make Ʊ clear about some people who do say any body that collect money from Ʊ is fake.

Any recruting firm that can not provide you recommendation letter after the payment of form can be fake,

Recruiting is real but some set of bad people have just mess up the name!
Ask ur agent ΨђåƮ course did he/she study in school?
Or has he or she ever provided job for is family members

Without money Ʊ can't get more money.
