Super eagle 94 squad was made up of over 50% igbo(e.g. Usa 94 squad has 12 igbos players out of the 22players). Atlanta 96 squad had 10 igbo players out of 18 players. In subsequent competitions it has not changed even when the coach is foreign or local. Presently the 23 member squad of SE in afcon 2013 comprise of 12 igbos. This is the work of GOD and not tribalism/ethnicity as being insinuated. Keshi should not be pulled down, he should be left to do his job. |
