Andreas is the author of more than a dozen case studies used for teaching at Harvard, and he has presented his research in
numerous academic conferences and professional forums in United States, Korea, Spain, Greece, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia.

Andrea will discuss interesting topics such as: How America Builds – Overview of the American Housing Industry and its Processes, Products, and Procedures; Land Planning and Site Development; Modern Ways of Property Appraisals; Business Management for Building Professionals; Advocacy & Government Policies in Housing Delivery

Presentations will be made at the programme by Arc. Terver Gemade, Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority and Gimba Yaú Kumo, Managing Director, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.Ms. Ama Pepple, the Honourable Minister of Lands, Housing & Urban Development will be special guest of honour at the Closing Dinner.
