Hello nairalanders, this problem has kept a lot of graduates at home. Take for instance, you garduated with a 2nd class upper in mass comm. You went to apply for a job. They discovered that you have not worked in any related company to gain experience, you automatically lose the job. Now, my arguement is what are the criteria for securing a job without an experience? I see a lot of job vacancies but one cannot apply because of experience. If you don't get employed, how else will you gain experience? Please someone should add to this. ?
