yea its a java thingy tht never worked on me phone so i got rid of it.

I had the application once in ma phone but i deleted and now i need it back but i cant remember the site i got the application from. Dont worry proph,the application has a S.E version just help me search for it.

As we speak, no such standalone app like that. There are web appliations on sites, u must have been using ownskin, u might also try zedge's theme maker, Click HERE to check it out.
