You can get clean lappy with charger and power battery for that amount from ebay directly, including shipping to Enugu.

I saw some nice laptops yesterday and bookmarked them and they are BIN priced. There was one that had no battery but came with charger. You can buy the battery on ebay and damn, it is almost new for less than $200.
