Hello people. I'm having an issue and I'll be grateful if I can get help here. About 3weeks ago I made payment for an order with my GTB mastercard but the payment was refused , after a week I decided to use my friend's ACCESS visa debit card, the payment was received but after sum hours I received a message that the payment wasn't processed and I'll receive my refund very soon. Normally I receive refunds on my GTB mastercard within 5days but I've been waiting for the past 13days now and still haven't received my refund,pls what should I do? Is it a problem with aliexpress,my card or access bank?

Your money is being held by Alipay probably because the name on the Access Bank card is different from that on your Aliexpress account.

View the payment details of the item and follow the steps stated there for your money to be release.

Next time, stick to only cards bearing same names as that on your Aliexpress account.

u must enroll ur card for 1st bank..... I'm using 1st bank and Skye bank master card, working well on aliex
