Our client, a leading financial research and credit risk management organisation in Nigeria now has a requirement for a Research analysts in their Lagos office.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare reports on industries assigned and conduct surveillance work
Prepare industry research on industry assigned
Research the macro-economic data available for companies
Ensures each projects is completed before agreed deadline
Act as research specialist on industries assigned. This will include preparing industry study on these institutions
Keep abreast of developments in these institutions



Person Specification

NOT more than 26 YRS OLD
Experience in data collection
Experience in industry research
Experience in writing research paper (WILL BE TESTED)
Good understanding of the macro environment and various sectors of the Nigerian economy
Good knowledge of management accounting
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent report writing skills
Good presentation skills
Strong communicator



Qualifications

Minimu 2.1 degree in business related fields ( Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, Finance) Note: other degrees will NOT be considered
Must have started professional qualifications (ACCA, ICAN, CIMA, CFA e.t.c)



Experience



At least 1 year cognate experience in the financial services sector
Or At least 1 years experience in a research function within a large organisation
