There is a deeper issue behind the reason why you have to indulge in self service all this years.
Are u shy?
Do you meet with people of the opposite sex and make friends with them?
Do you have a place of worship and do you have a personal relationship with God?

To keep masturbating will leave u with some psychologic issues and probably physical/physiologic issues.
