my techno n3 cannot view videos from u tube

whenever i try to scan d phone using avg antivirus i downloaded from playstore, d phone will turn off &refuse to be turned on.it will become hot and drains battery.unless i remove d battery,this problem will remain like this.

please offer suggestions on what can be done.pls note d phone still works fine except for those problems.in fact,this post is done with the phone

plato00: 1. Is it videos u download from youtube or those u try to stream?
2. Uninstall the avg and download this [url=m..com/downloads.php?id=67] antivirus for mobile [/url] . Your battery tripping off is a process error

thanks 4 ur response.i try watching live videos such as football matches but it was not loading. likewise i tried downloading from youtube but error message comes up either "problem reading from server" or "simething is incompartible"

on the antivirus u said i shd download, is it save?
