Advert Manager
• To generate revenue for the organisation and achieve set targets given to me by sourcing for adverts through the marketing of prospective clients, servicing of advert agencies, developing market strategies and also generating supplements or special projects ideas.
• Manage staff in the department to meet income generation target
• Handling of Barter and Partnership initiatives between the organisation and other corporate organisations
• Prepare and minute presentations to clients and advertising agencies
• Head committee of different programs and projects of the organisation.
• Involved in the production of special editions
• Public Relations and publicity services and covering of events for strategic marketing

Editors
• Generate cover stories
• High profile interviews
• Commercially viable editorial ventures,
• Contemporary analysis
• Features,
• Exclusive stories and other editorial responsibilities as may be assigned.
• Will coordinate the Desk for optimal productivity
Reporters
1. To write good stories
2. Critical investigative analysis on matters arising.
3. Interview with concerned bodies and top officials in the industry, particularly on issues at hand.
4. To build up readership for the benefits of the readers and the company
5. To write for online productions
6. To report other news stories to the News Editor
7. To report directly to the Editor
8. To improve the writing skills of the Industrial Trainee(s)/Students assigned to you.

Graphics Artist
• Creating visual/concept for the publications
• Planning and designing of pages
• Scanning and treating of photographs
• Monitoring the commercial printers at the press
• Excellent Communication skills
FREELANCE SCRIPT WRITER
• To write good stories
• Familiarity with the internet
• To report other news stories to the News Editor
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
MARKETING OFFICER
• Must be an aggressive sales and marketing personnel.
• Must be skillful and competent in Relationship Management.
• Ability to be able to recognize unexplored potentials and take advantage of them.
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
• He must be a goal getter
• Ability to source and maintain customers within and outside Lagos.
• Must be a professional sales person.
• Team player.
