I want to have a web presence (be it a website or blog) to be used for academic purpose. I'm a researcher wanting to have a kind of 'file bank' of research materials. The 'file bank' is to be divided into two sections; one will host free downloadable materials after registration while one will require becoming a premium member to access the materials just like 'scrib'. Is this possible with blog? If not, who can do this for me proffessionally and at what price? Some other features will also be discussed having solved this one. Thanks.
