omo_to_dun: I read the article. Professor William A. Jacobson is a fairly well-known conservative blogger, so I am not surprised by his point of view. Instead of reading other people's point of view, let us judge from the video. Why were the Bank Regulators hesitant to answer? Why is that most Americans support Warren but Wall Street claims that the questions were unfair and caught them by surprise? The Mortgage Scandal almost took down the our economy with illegal practices, and the American public had to pay for it. The bankers who proliferated the scam should be held to the same standard as any other person who breaks the law. Criminal Prosecution and Restitution if Guilty.

This is what you call TOO BIG TOO FAIL. If a lesser corporation had engaged in the same practices as Wall Street, there would have been dire consequences.
