When NEEDS in all her evolutions was being carried out by OBJ we had the document in easy availability in paper and CD version. It was enlightening to say the least. It may not have been perfect but it was a blueprint. 7-pt agenda i believe was the best document by a Nigerian govt in this dispensation if only he Yaradua did not die @ least even 50% realisation would have been a great first step towards 202020. The main question who has seen our transformation agenda ? What is it about ? |
