DRC Ltd is conscious of the fact that RE agents are constantly looking for more aggressive means of advertising their properties at the least possible cost. As such, the use of online/social media has created a monumental advantage for the RE agency business in Lagos state and all over the world. This has continued to grow despite the large number of development challenges ahead. We are currently test-running the first phase of a new RE marketing mechanism in Lagos state and as such is conducting a free property advertisement/marketing for sellers and/or agents with an 'authority to sell'. The RE marketing mechanism is focused on specific property categories (FOR SALE) over a 6-month period.

Participating RE agents MUST find it necessary to only send properties that:

• Are currently held with direct instruction to sell or doing so with the knowledge of the direct agent;
• Is available for sale at a price below #100m (One hundred million Naira);
• Is located ONLY in Lagos state with a good title.
