The issue of N10,000 placed on signage and advert
in Oyo State on a flat rate, without considering
the kind of business and services rendered is it
right. Will it help the masses at all.
The instruction is that no matter how small in as
much you place an advert you must pay reg fees of
N10,000 before your annual rent will be told.
Is it good to humiliate masses in name of bringing
