I studied mechanical engineering. When we were in school it wasn't easy. Now I'm out of school, got employed and receiving fat pay but the stress remains. I don't even have much time to take care of myself. I'm now cogitating whether to change this career or change my place of employment. But I like mech. eng. Can somebody advise me please.

You can not sacrifice your health for your job, since you are finding it difficult to cope, i suggest you diversify your investment and save enough money to launch into a new environment that will give you career fulfilment, thank God you earn a fat pay
