Lagos Residential Rents Report - 2013 Outlook
With house prices rising well above inflation levels thus raising affordability issues, many are left with no choice but to consider renting for the foreseeable future. In the last three years, rents on single family and multi-family units have varied significantly across Lagos with some locations seeing higher growth in rents than others over this period. After a disappointing year in 2011 which saw rents fall, 2012 brought back a glimmer of hope. Would 2013 fare better or worse?
