The fact before the fears; the time, strength, and drive deployed in seeking job appointments is equal and parallel to the time invested to make the first launch for your new business. The sweat it takes to play is only differentiated from the sweat it takes to work based on drive satisfaction. It is always seen to be cool to be a job seeker for six months, nine months or two years than to be a trying different business yet failing for the same duration. It is quite safe to work and be sure your salary would be paid by a corporation than to try new business without assurance of making a dime. The reality of been employed securely is progressive and the hope of climbing the organisational ladder is affirmative. That risk of facing the odd factors that weathered self employment is only a played by men less dependencies and strained commitment. Unforseen dilemma, sleeplessness, government policy fluctuation, cost of running, lack of financing capital amongst other dreade

The reverse is true on risk, a self employed person rewards is directly proportional in any growth ratio to his/her profit. No job pays you based on your effort but on scale of growth and policy related by the company.
A self employed can be dynamics about time, life-style, interest and business but most employee are restricted geographical, emotionally and in time space.
If the essence of work is profit why would you rather work for your client not your boss. Although some few organisation operates in a manner the staff input yields almost corresponding, just safe for the risk.
