Please can someone with good business acumen guide me through writing a proposal aimed at setting up ICT labs in state secondary schools. Proposal should state cost of manpower, cost of computers, miscellaneous and all that. Ill appreciate if I can get a job(proposal)that is ready-made. And please if I can work with you, let me know. Please note dat I did nt include internet cos some state govt will wnt to embrace a proposal dat will be self sustaining, and since internet requires running cost, I av intentionally left it out of the solution, so U̶̲̥̅̊ can use ur discretions as to wat to include and also the cost.
