Stop The Blame And Start Fixing The "Root Cause" Of our Problems In Nigeria, Written By UFOMBA, Gabriel Chinedu.

The awareness of failed agendas in Nigeria is something every citizen  live with, the issue concerning political figures not meeting up expectation has become a night mare to every citizen that anticipate change in Nigeria.

The problems has gone rampant across all states in Nigeria, and almost everyone is affected by it. The cost of operations are increasing dramatically everyday. Every industries in Nigeria is facing bad economic situation while citizens has been affected with negative thinking, and once a people is affected by a particular system of doing things, the infection attacks their minds, their heart and soul like a termites that secretly gnaw away at the emotional support system.

But the unpleasant thing happening is that everybody is blaming the administration that is incharge, in turn blamed one political party or another as the " Root Caused" of our problem in Nigeria, But nobody or group is working towards finding the " Root Caused" of our problems OR changing our attitude of rewarding failures and incompetence.  Everybody is comfortable with existing system of re- electing a failed Leader for power.  A failed Leader whose actions in the first tenure, invariably confirmed that there is nothing like plan map out for revolution for the nation no matter how long he will stay to anchor power.

But the question is; Who do we blame for accepting a political figure to stay in power and re-elect himself for another Tenure? Judging by our actions, you Will agree with me that our perceptions and attributes towards leaders we voted into power is one of the major system failure we have in Nigeria?  Yes, citizens illegal participation during  campaigns and election process is a clear factor to look at as a major cause of our problems in Nigeria.

Political figures who  were chosen to lead, influence and implement positive policies has failed to understand the difference between leadership and rulership sequel by their corrupt mind, desires for satisfaction of self-interest,  unconsciousness and lack of desires for change, while fear of unlawful execution, fear of being imprisoned and the fear of loosing immediate source of living has been engraved in many of us that no one is willing and ready to face the truth, now negative thinking and conception is burning in our heart, spreading like a plague through all levels of citizens.  Everybody is putting the blame on a particular political party or ruling figure but nobody is fixing the "Root Cause" of the problem.

But It is time i go  about acting like a time bombs, to go off at right targets in right locations for change and development reasons.  It is time to eliminate  "The Era of  mind-your-business,  or  else we would have no country and no identity in no time" it is time for every inhabitant of Nigeria; especially, everyone entitled to the rights and privileges of a freeman, a member of a state, a native or naturalized person who owes allegiance to the government of Nigeria and is entitled to protection from it,  a civilian distinguished for specialized service of a state in Nigeria, to be force by bad economical situation of this country to decisively refine our attitude like a fragrance that will suit our desire economic system in Nigeria, because Iam disappointed that since our individual fragrance has been shaped like a cigarette it contains only tobacco smell, which I absolutely cant adore. I think the blend of tobacco should be removed, This bothers me slightly because I wanted fragrance that will exude more confidence and power for the odd to became sweeter as the fragrance progressed, I think it would have been divine.

It is wrong to assign bad outcome to someone or something, because Successful people take responsibility for their results, whether positives or not, while failures put the blame on others, whether in the circumstances of governments,  but we never look at ourselves to identify our faults and take responsibility to implement a cause for results, because by taking responsibility we can enter into totally different dimension and much more rewarding. We should stop focusing on the problems and look at the bright side to restore sanity, confront self-believe that there is no existing solution for the problems we face and  change our attitudes towards the problems.

So you just copied and dump with no inputs whatsoever from your small brain. Not even to state what would possibly be the root cause and how to tackle it.
Anyway, true federalism is the cure for Nigeria problems. We allow corruption to fester because our person is controlling other people's wealth and if he is pushed out , another tribe will occupy that position. If we are controlling our wealth and resources we would ensure that whosoever is not doing well will be kicked out and another of us replaced
