I will first blame the parents because if you do an investigation you will find out that those boys would have been exposed to those our corrupt Nigerian movies or even foreign movies.
Secondly, these children might have been products of two career parents, as we all know what nigerian's economy entails.

Nevertheless, How happy can you get when you make all the whole money in the world (Like most of us will say that we want the best for our children)and the end result is such children.

Morals are fast fading in this generation.

Now i guess you were refering to ur village. Abi? Did it happen? Yes. Was it a whole village thing? No. But now you conclude it's a Nigeria thing. Thatz how we say wrong things about our country. Yet if a citizen of another nation was to say this perhaps borrow ur words, you would take offence. Worse things happen in other country. Just pray for a better place.

Parents watch well. But still, you cannot see everything, so pray well for your children too.
