Eat more of grains, they are naturally low in calorie, so you can eat more of them, the fibre in grains makes you feel fuller longer which will help you control food portions and overeating as a result of weight loss.
Water helps to reduce body fat cause proper hydration improve sense of wellbeing providing environment to lose weight.n that doees not include coffe and tea.
Avoid junk food, junk food are food that has low nutrition value with high fat content.
Your health depends on three things: diet, body exercise and rest.
