Back to the issue. If you watch Madrid and Barca matches, you'd have known that Ronaldo takes shots at slightest opportunity and his conversion rate is lower than Messi's. It does not mean his shot is more powerful, it only means Messi (unlike Ronaldo) knows when to take shots and when to just place them. Any footballer can kick the ball hard.

Why am I even explaining? Did you even see Messi's goals (expecially the first one) against Milan? Come back when Ronaldo can do that with his left foot. In his attempt to add power to it, he'd either blast one of the defenders in front of him or his shot would go off target.
