Service Delivery Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:-

Process customer orders, track and manage existing customer contracts in relation to the Service Level Agreements.

Serve as point of contact for Service Delivery issues as well as provide product/service information and advice to customers.

Support the SDM in onboarding new products/clients onto platform.

Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to facilitate movement of goods and resolve issues arising.

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate compliance with deployment procedures.

Continuously seek to improve processes across operations to enhance service offerings.

Maintain/manage stock and keep inventory control.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Minimum of a First Degree.
Higher educational qualifications would be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE
Approximately 3 to 5 years relevant experience.

Must be Presentable, well spoken with good interpersonal/communication skills and a commendable presence.
